What is PagerDuty?

PagerDuty is an incident resolution platform that arms you with the insight to proactively manage customer-impacting incidents and events across your IT environment. We integrate with any source across your entire infrastructure including your monitoring tools like New Relic for APM, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow, configuration management tools like Chef, collaboration tools like Slack, and more, to create a complete view of your infrastructure and business service health.

Once we receive an event from any of your tools, we help you facilitate best practice incident response by correlating related events and automatically routing issues to the right person at the right time via phone/SMS/email/mobile notifications.

As your team grows, we also help with making sure you can easily build out on-call schedules and escalation policies for everyone in your department, collaborate in real-time, understand team and system metrics, learn with postmortems, and more, to support effective operational agility at any scale.
