If you are creating a new service for your integration, click +Add New Service.
If you are adding your integration to an existing service, click the name of the service you want to add the integration to. then click the Integrations tab and click the +New Integration button.
If you are creating a new service for your integration, in General Settings, enter a Name for your new service. Then, in Incident Settings, specify the Escalation Policy, Notification Urgency, and Incident Behavior for your new service.
Go to Settings, then Actions, click Add Action and add the PagerDuty Action.
In the action configuration page give your action a Name and the the Integration Key you copied from step 3 above:
Click Save and your action is ready. In the Alarms tab, choose the alarm you would like to send to PagerDuty. You’ll see your new action appear in the actions dropdown; select in and click Save to attach it to this alarm.
Now when your Boundary Alarm threshold is met, an incident will be triggered in PagerDuty:
You can connect multiple PagerDuty services to your Boundary account by creating additional actions with different PagerDuty API keys. You can reuse actions in as many alarm rules as you need as well.
