Summer 2026 PagerDuty Promotional Migration Offer for Opsgenie Customers

PagerDuty is offering to provide Opsgenie customers that purchase the PagerDuty Operations Cloud Core plan with complimentary Professional Services onboarding and migration assistance, subject to Expert Services Hours SOW and the following restrictions:

  • Limited Time Offer:  This offer is limited to current Opsgenie customers and is only valid until June 1, 2028.
  • Availability Cap: This offer is also limited to the first fifty (50) qualifying customers to execute an agreement for the Operations Cloud Core plan.
  • Allocation of Expert Service Hours: Eligible customers will be able to receive up to eighty (80) Expert Service Hours over the first 3 weeks of the plan.
  • Standard Project Scope: Complimentary onboarding services apply strictly to “as-is” configuration migrations for technical environments consisting of up to 250 active users. Standard scope includes:
    • Migration of user profiles, designated contact methods, and system notification rules.
    • Configuration of teams, team permissions, escalation policies, and live on-call schedules.
    • Connection of foundational monitoring and observability integrations paired with baseline event orchestration routing.
    • Definition of core Technical and Business Services and basic incident response workflows.
    • System validation, final go-live readiness checks, and structured enablement pathways via PagerDuty University.
  • Exclusions & Custom Scoping Requirements: Configurations exceeding 250 users, advanced integrations with IT Service Management (ITSM) (such as ServiceNow), complex custom tool dependencies, or net-new custom builds fall entirely outside the standard migration framework. These scenarios will require a custom evaluation and additional services.
  • Scheduling and Resource Capacity: Official implementation kick-off dates and project timelines are subject to current Professional Services resource capacity and scheduling availability. PagerDuty does not guarantee immediate project start dates upon contract signing.
