Integrating PagerDuty with your existing monitoring tools is a breeze. Each PagerDuty service you create has an associated email address. Simply configure your monitoring systems to send email to one of your PagerDuty services when a problem is detected. Once a service in PagerDuty receives an alert email (from your monitoring tools), it creates a new incident and kicks off the alerting process.
