Jennifer Tejada is CEO and Chairperson of PagerDuty. She brings to her role 25 years of unique experience, spanning mass consumer products to disruptive cloud and software solutions. Jennifer has a successful track record in product innovation, optimizing operations and scaling public and private enterprise technology companies.
Prior to her role at PagerDuty, Jennifer was CEO of Keynote Systems, where she led the company to strong, profitable growth before its acquisition by Dynatrace. Before Keynote, Jennifer was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, leading its global strategy up to its acquisition by ABB. She has also held senior positions at Procter & Gamble and i2 Technologies.
Jennifer was named one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in SaaS by The SaaS Report in 2017 and Best DevOps Solution Provider Exec by the 2017 DevOps Dozen awards. Along with PagerDuty CTO and co-founder, Alex Solomon, Jennifer was named Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 in the Infrastructure & Operations category in Northern California. She was also named to the 2018 Silicon Valley Business Journal/San Francisco Business Times Upstart 50 list.
Jennifer currently serves as a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL). She previously sat on the boards of Puppet, Inc. and oOh Media. Jennifer holds a B.S. from University of Michigan.

Leading the strategic and internal execution of the company, Howard Wilson serves as CFO at PagerDuty, where he’s responsible for building and leading the finance organization to support the company’s scaling and growth. Previously, he served as PagerDuty’s Chief Commercial Officer responsible for providing ongoing customer value and leading efforts that empowered people and decision-making. Howard brings more than 20 years of software, services, and operational management experience to his role with PagerDuty.
Prior to PagerDuty, Howard oversaw the SaaS business at Dynatrace, the leader in Application Performance Management. He was previously Chief Operating Officer at Keynote Systems, where he was responsible for all customer-facing operations. Howard also served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Ventyx, where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of functions, including business planning, sales operations, and recurring revenue operations. Prior to Ventyx, he spent 14 years at Oracle in various senior leadership roles.
Howard holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Psychology from University of South Africa.

Armed with a 20-year history of maximizing value to users through technological innovation, Tim Armandpour is PagerDuty’s Chief Technology Officer. He leads our long-term technology strategy, our architecture vision, security and technology research supporting corporate development.
Prior to joining PagerDuty, Tim led product management and engineering teams at Yapstone, a global payment solutions provider. Tim also led the global engineering teams at PayPal that delivered new product experiences across tablets, mobile devices, and the web. He also served as Vice President Engineering at Zong, prior to its acquisition by PayPal. Tim began his career in 1999 as Lead Engineer with Yodlee.
Tim is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, where he received his B.A. in Computer Science. He also holds 4 U.S. Patents.

Katherine is an experienced B2B software and SaaS CMO who brings over 20 years’ leadership experience in global marketing strategy, branding, product marketing, campaign management, demand generation, marketing automation & analytics, sales enablement, marketing operations and corporate communications.
She joins PagerDuty from Khoros, a leading customer engagement platform provider where she led marketing and served on the executive team for the past four years. At Khoros, Katherine designed and implemented the company’s global marketing strategy, building brand loyalty and increasing demand, deepening customer relationships across more than 2,000 global brands, including 52 of the Interbrand 100 companies. Prior to Khoros, Katherine was the CMO of Advent Software and she has held leadership roles at Outcome Health, LinkedIn and Inovis.

As PagerDuty’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Heather brings more than three decades of expertise in Information Technology (IT) and cyber security. At PagerDuty, she leads a security-first approach to operations and development designed to deepen the resiliency of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud. Most recently, Heather was the CISO at RingCentral.
Previously, Heather held multiple roles at IBM including IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the company’s Security and Compliance Specialty Service Area (SSA), where she addressed security and compliance concerns for internal adopters and external clients. She was also chief architect for the Worldwide Technical Sales and Solutions group where she was responsible for driving the adoption of IBM Cloud solutions (also known as IBM Bluemix IaaS, IBM SoftLayer, and IBM Smart Cloud) with key strategic clients.
As an IBM Master Inventor, Heather holds over 100 patents covering federated identity management, cloud security, and policy management. She was inducted into the Women in Technology Hall of Fame in 2019. She has a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and has taught computer security at the University of Toronto, the Nortel Institute, and the Harvard University Extension School.

Committed to proving the business case for social impact, Olivia Khalili brings 15 years of experience as a practitioner and thought leader in global social impact. She joined PagerDuty to define and launch the company’s social impact strategy and Pledge 1% commitment.
Before joining PagerDuty, Olivia built Yahoo’s global corporate responsibility program, Yahoo for Good, to mobilize the company's technology and employee talent to positively benefit society. Prior to Yahoo, she worked with Ashoka, creating innovative social impact programs that supported social entrepreneurs and enhanced brand equity for a portfolio of companies that included American Express and Ben & Jerry’s. In 2008, Olivia launched CauseCapitalism.com, an online resource to help businesses grow by embedding social purpose. Her approach stems from cross-sector experience working with the public sector, tech companies and nonprofits, and in international development in Micronesia.
Olivia has a B.A. Cum Laude degree in International Relations and Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania, and currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for GreatNonprofits and CommunityConnect Labs.

As Chief Diversity Officer, Roshan Kindred leads PagerDuty’s strategic Inclusion Diversity & Equity (ID&E) initiatives and ensures PagerDuty is creating a fair, equitable and inclusive experience for all Dutonians.
Roshan brings more than 15 years of experience in ID&E leadership and is passionate about elevating the human experience and engagement by creating a thriving atmosphere where people can have a sense of belonging that frees them to innovate and collaborate with authenticity.
Prior to PagerDuty, Roshan was the Chief Diversity Officer and Principal at InSeason Development Group, where she established a ID&E roadmap that led Senior Executive Leadership to adopt diversity goals as part of an annual incentive compensation plan. Previously, she was the board chair of Iron Mountain’s DEI advisory board.
Roshan has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Organizational Development from San Jose State University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

As the SVP of Global Field Operations, Jeremy leads teams responsible for PagerDuty’s global Sales, Partner, and Sales Strategy & Operations. He has deep domain experience, and brings a breadth of expertise - from selling to the world’s largest enterprises to building PagerDuty’s high-velocity mid-market motion. Jeremy is a seasoned customer-focused sales leader with more than 20 years experience across enterprise SaaS companies. Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the Vice President for North America Sales at Zendesk, and previously held VP-level positions at both DocuSign and Salesforce. He is passionate about building talented, collaborative teams that exceed their goals, and is a strong advocate for mentoring and career architecture to develop and elevate internal talent.

As Chief People Officer, Joe Militello leads PagerDuty’s entire People organization, including HR business partners, talent development, recruiting, total rewards, people operations, and diversity, inclusion and equity.
Joe brings more than 20 years of management experience in both private and public companies, and a track record of leading and coaching teams to execute on strategic business initiatives. He has consistently helped some of the world's most recognized, complex, and high-growth technology companies scale, build productive teams and reach their market potential.
Prior to PagerDuty, Joe served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Pivotal Software, where he led the worldwide People organization, corporate social responsibility, and internal transformation before its acquisition by VMware in 2019.
Before Pivotal, Joe held various senior leadership roles in M&A, recruiting, and People operations.
Before his career in Human Resources, Joe served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master’s in Finance from Boston College.

As SVP and GM of Customer Service, Jonathan leads the service and support teams on the front lines of ensuring great experiences for our customers. He also is responsible for the Rundeck business unit, and the vision and strategy for our standalone Customer Service offering, which is supported by our integrations with Zendesk and Salesforce.
Jonathan has years of experience in the software industry including various product, marketing, and engineering executive roles at companies like Informix, Mercury/HP Software, Appcelerator, and Keynote Systems. Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at Castlight Health, Inc., where his focus was on delivering and launching to market their next-generation predictive analytics platform for enterprises.
Jonathan holds a B.S. in Engineering from University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

As Chief Product Development Officer, Sean is responsible for our multi-product digital operations management platform. He leads the engineering, product management, product marketing, design, user experience and pricing teams to drive growth and innovation through seamless, fast time to value, user-focused solutions.
Sean has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with the majority of that time at Amazon. He started as a technical product manager and rose through the ranks to become VP of Shopping Experience Technology, where he was responsible for the Amazon home page, product pages, cart, and checkout, as well as the technology to build these experiences. Then, as VP of Autonomous Delivery, he built and scaled a team of robotics, hardware, and software experts to operate the e-commerce giant’s first fully-electric autonomous delivery system. Prior to Amazon, Sean held positions at a number of enterprise software companies, and began his career at the Department of Defense.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A. from the Red McCombs School of Business (University of Texas).

Alex Solomon is the Co-Founder and General Manager of PagerDuty. He is a passionate advocate for growing the community of PagerDuty practitioners by cultivating and sharing best practices that advance real-time operations.
Alex started PagerDuty in 2009 as founding CEO. He led the company through the first several stages of growth, from inception, product-market fit, multiple rounds of fundraising, building out the core functions of the company, and expansion of the product vision. He has served as a member of the PagerDuty board of directors since 2010.
Prior to PagerDuty, Alex was a software engineer at Amazon, where he built and maintained large-scale systems to help Amazon’s supply chain run efficiently and reliably. Alex graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.S. in Software Engineering.

As Chief Customer Officer, Manjula Talreja leads PagerDuty's global customer success group, including customer success, professional services, support, renewals, and PagerDuty University. Her passion is in advising her customers in their digital transformation journey.
Manjula brings nearly three decades of IT industry leadership, with extensive experience in general management, business strategy consulting, and operations of large scale IT systems. Prior to PagerDuty, Manjula was the SVP of Customer Success at Salesforce, where she led teams to deliver world-class customer outcomes across large Enterprise, Commercial and SMB customers. Before Salesforce, she spent over two decades at Cisco in various senior leadership roles.
She was named 2020 Top 50 Women in Technology. Manjula continues to give back via her work in the community as board member of the City Year, a non-profit focused on underserved schools and providing young people a chance at a better future.
Manjula holds a B.S. in Business and Information Systems from Santa Clara University, as well as a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Sesh serves as PagerDuty’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), bringing more than 25 years experience and a track record of driving robust growth, business model transformation, and maximizing customer, partner, and employee experience. Sesh and his team are responsible for creating data-driven, seamless relationships with customers while improving operational efficiency and streamlining employee experience.
Sesh has extensive experience leading teams responsible for strategy, architecture, acquisitions, technology product delivery, and shared services.Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the CIO at Anaplan, where he oversaw IT and partnered closely with Anaplan’s Product, Go To Market, and Business Operations and Systems teams. Prior to that role, Sesh served as Divisional CIO for Cisco’s multi-billion dollar software business.
Sesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India.

Shelley Webb is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PagerDuty. In this role, Shelley is responsible for leading the legal team and overseeing all legal matters for PagerDuty.Before joining PagerDuty, Shelley spent eight years at Intel, serving in a variety of roles, including as the Vice President and Group General Counsel for Intel's PC business, its largest business unit delivering $40B in annual revenue. In prior roles at Intel, she led the legal and policy response to the Spectre & Meltdown security vulnerabilities, and she also led litigation and antitrust matters for Intel in the U.S. and globally. Shelley began her career as a litigator at Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C.
Shelley received her B.A. with high distinction from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Mr. Dholakia has served on our board of directors since December 2019. Mr. Dholakia has served as the CEO of Twilio SendGrid at Twilio, Inc., a cloud communication platform, since Twilio’s acquisition of Sendgrid in February 2019. From 2014 to February 2019, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of SendGrid, Inc., a customer communication platform, and as Chairman of the Board from September 2017 to February 2019. Prior to joining SendGrid, Mr. Dholakia served at Citrix Systems, Inc., an enterprise software company, as Group Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Platforms group from 2011 to 2014 and as the Vice President of Marketing from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Dholakia joined Citrix in 2010 following Citrix’s acquisition of VMLogix, Inc., a provider of virtualization management software, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Dholakia holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Organizational Studies from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Alec Gallimore has served on our Board since November 2020. Dr. Gallimore has served as the Robert J. Vlasic Dean of Engineering at the University of Michigan since 2016 and the Richard F. and Eleanor A. Towner Professor of Engineering at the University of Michigan since 2015. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility at the University of Michigan since joining the institution in 1992. Dr. Gallimore has served on several NASA and US Department of Defense boards and studies, including as a member of the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Astronautics and Aeronautics and was elected into the National Academy of Engineering in 2019. Dr. Gallimore currently serves on the Board of Directors for ANSYS, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANSS), and on the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Defense Analyses (a not-for-profit entity). Dr. Gallimore holds a B.S. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.A. and. Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Princeton University.

Ms. Gomez has served on our board of directors since October 2018 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Toast, Inc. From May 2016 to May 2021, Ms. Gomez has served as Chief Financial Officer at Zendesk, Inc., a global company that builds software for customer service and engagement. From July 2010 to April 2016, Ms. Gomez served in senior finance roles at Salesforce.com, Inc., including Senior Vice President Go To Market Distribution from July 2015 to April 2016, Vice President Sales and Support and Marketing Finance from June 2011 to June 2015, and Senior Director of Marketing and General and Administrative Finance from July 2010 to June 2011. Prior to that, she held finance roles at visa Inc., a financial services company, and The Charles Schwab Corporation, a brokerage and banking company. Ms. Gomez currently serves on the board of directors of Smartsheet Inc. Ms. Gomez holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Losch served as Chief Financial Officer of Okta, Inc., an identity management platform for enterprises, from June 2013 until his retirement in March 2021. From June 2007 to June 2013, he served as Chief Financial Officer at MobiTV, Inc., a technology platform provider of multiscreen video delivery services. From October 2004 to May 2007, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at DreamWorks Animation, SKG, Inc., an animation company. From March 1998 to July 2003, he served in various finance positions, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, at Yahoo! Inc., an internet company. Mr. Losch currently serves on the boards of directors of two private companies: Druva, Inc., a cloud data protection and management as a service and Onfido, Inc. an identity verification and authentication provider. Mr. Losch holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to this Ms. Murthy was the Chief Technology Officer at Verizon Media. Ms. Murthy served as Chief Technology Officer at Gap Inc., a clothing and accessories retailer from March 2016 to January 2020. From September 2012 to March 2016, Ms. Murthy served in various roles at American Express Company, a multinational financial services company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information officer of Enterprise Growth from January 2015 to March 2016 and Vice President, Technology from September 2012 to January 2015. Ms. Murthy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Ms. Stewart has served on our board of directors since January 2021. She currently holds the title of Vice President, Global Partnerships at Google. Since joining Google in 2006 she has driven adoption of digital technologies within the C-Suite in the US and globally. Currently, she oversees the company’s Global Partnerships team for the largest US publishers across Search, Mobile Apps, Commerce, News, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Domains.
Prior to Google she had an extensive automotive career where she led Chrysler Group Interactive Communications for DaimlerChrysler AG, Dodge Passenger Cars and Minivans brand management and Chrysler Brand Advertising. During her tenure Advertising Age named the Chrysler Group the 2005 Interactive Marketer of the Year. Ms. Stewart enjoyed a 10-year management career with IBM in software/hardware pricing, sales and PC product marketing. As an entrepreneur she served as President, COO and co-founder for Nia Enterprises, a web-based company as well as the Founder and CEO for One Moment in Time, a formal wear rental company for women. Over the past several years she has been recognized externally for her leadership as a Woman to Watch (Advertising Age, 2011), Power 100 (Ebony, 2012, 2019), Woman to Watch in Tech (Crain’s NY, 2014) and Most Powerful Women (Crain’s NYC, 2019). She is the co-author of A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower and Thrive.
Ms. Stewart graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, she serves on the Deckers Brands board [NYSE:DECK], Pluralsight board [NASDAQ:PS], New York Women’s Forum board, and the American Ballet Theatre Advisory Council for Project RISE.
