Why downtime is everyone’s problem:

The Coronavirus pandemic has been an experience like no other. While pandemics are not new, this one occurred in 2020 – a time when digital services are an integral part of how we live and work.

We surveyed 150 IT decision-makers across large organisations about the speed of digital adoption, incident response handling and willingness to adopt automated incident response.

The results reveal that in the eye of the pandemic, it has never been more important to ensure IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. When things go wrong, organisations need a response that is timely and effective. It needs to be highly organised and automated, and underpinned by a culture of ownership so that problems become lessons and lessons become best practice.
