PagerDuty on Tour London 2025 Raffle Official Rules

  1. This raffle is run by PagerDuty, Inc., 600 Townsend St. #200, San Francisco, CA 94103 (“PagerDuty”).
  2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. All persons 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older), have an active PagerDuty User Profile in an existing customer account with a paid PagerDuty Incident Management or Customer Service Ops pricing plan, and that are employees of a company that had at least one person registered to attend PagerDuty on Tour London 2025 are eligible to participate. PagerDuty employees or agents, including employees of PagerDuty marketing affiliates, and employees of any PagerDuty competitors, as well as any immediate family or household members of any of these persons, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
  3. By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and to the PagerDuty Event Terms located at https://www.pagerduty.com/event-terms.
  4. To enter the raffle, participants must complete any of the following actions by Friday March 14, 2025, 11:59 PM BST:

  6. Five (5) winners will be selected to win the following prize:
    • One pair of Meta Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses ($300)
  7. Winners will be drawn on March 17, 2025. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email or text and must provide a valid shipping address by the indicated date to win the prize. A single person may win only one prize. An alternate winner may be selected if a selected winner does not respond by the indicated date in the prize notification.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes due, as well as for any export implications, including inability to ship or receive the prize due to export restrictions. PagerDuty reserves the right to reject any entry it considers invalid, as well as the right to modify the prizes if they become unavailable or unshippable.
