- Four out of five, or 80%, of ANZ organizations report increased operational resilience over the past year, outpacing the 71% global rate.
- ANZ companies invest more heavily in resilience than global peers (84% vs. 77%).
- ANZ executives are nearly unanimous (98%) in understanding that faster incident recovery creates a competitive advantage, exceeding even the strong global consensus of 95%.
With 65% of organizations facing losses of $300,000+ per hour during major incidents—and 52% experiencing direct revenue impact from system failures—the report examines how leading ANZ companies are balancing AI-driven automation with strategic human oversight, consolidating tools, and building competitive advantage through operational excellence that delivers measurable customer satisfaction gains.
