Become a PagerDuty Champion

PagerDuty Champions is a community program designed to recognize and support people who are already sharing knowledge, showing up for others, and contributing to the PagerDuty ecosystem. This is a new and evolving program, and we're excited to build it alongside our Champions as we learn what's most valuable and impactful together.

Anyone! The PagerDuty Champions program is open to customers, partners, practitioners, and community members who are passionate about learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the PagerDuty ecosystem.

Absolutely! Both self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.

We review applications on a rolling basis and look for individuals who are excited to contribute, engage with others, and grow alongside the community. There's no single "right" background — we're interested in how you want to participate and what you're excited to share.

Champion status is maintained through ongoing, meaningful participation. We ask Champions to stay active by contributing in at least one way over a six-month period. How you participate is flexible and can evolve over time.

Examples of ways to stay engaged include:

• Supporting the community by answering questions or starting discussions in PagerDuty Commons
• Sharing original PagerDuty-focused thought leadership or learning content
• Speaking at or helping host community events, meetups, or webinars
• Organizing or leading user groups or knowledge-sharing sessions

Quality and authenticity matter more than volume, and expectations may evolve as the program grows. Champions aren't expected to participate in every activity type — as long as you're contributing meaningfully in at least one way, you're considered active in the program.
