Jennifer Tejada is the Chairperson and CEO of PagerDuty, the global leader in digital operations management (NYSE: PD). PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud empowers enterprises to deliver superior customer experiences by increasing uptime, reducing cost, and improving customer satisfaction.

Jennifer brings to the role 25 years of diverse experience spanning mass consumer products to disruptive cloud and software solutions. She has a successful track record in product innovation, optimizing operations, and scaling public and private enterprise technology companies. She is also an active tech investor as an LP in multiple firms, including Operator Collective, Harlem Capital, and Penny Jar.

Prior to her role at PagerDuty, Jennifer was CEO of Keynote Systems, where she led the company to strong, profitable growth before its acquisition by Dynatrace. Before Keynote, Jennifer was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, leading its global strategy up to its acquisition by ABB. She has also held senior positions at Procter & Gamble and i2 Technologies.

Jennifer currently serves as a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL).

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and business management from the University of Michigan, where she was a proud member of the Michigan’s Women's Golf Team. Outside of her professional roles, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid skier.

Howard Wilson is the Chief Financial Officer at PagerDuty, where he leads the company's internal and strategic execution. In his role, he builds and directs the finance organization to support PagerDuty's growth and scaling. Before becoming CFO, he served as PagerDuty's Chief Commercial Officer, leading efforts to empower decision-making and provide ongoing customer value from the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Howard brings more than 20 years of experience in software, services, and operational management to his role.

Before joining PagerDuty, Howard oversaw the SaaS business at Dynatrace, the leader in Application Performance Management. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Keynote Systems, where he managed all customer-facing operations. Howard also served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Ventyx, where he oversaw various functions, including business planning, sales operations, and recurring revenue operations. Prior to Ventyx, he spent 14 years in various senior leadership roles at Oracle.

Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems and psychology from the University of South Africa.

Tim Armandpour is the Chief Technology Officer at PagerDuty, where he brings a 20-year history of applying technological innovation to maximize value to users. In his role, he leads the company's long-term technology strategy for the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, architecture vision, security, and technology research to support corporate development.

Before joining PagerDuty, Tim led product management and engineering teams at Yapstone, a global payment solutions provider. He also led the global engineering teams at PayPal, delivering new product experiences across tablets, mobile devices, and the web. Prior to its acquisition by PayPal, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Zong. Tim began his career in 1999 as a Lead Engineer with Yodlee.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds four U.S. patents.

Katherine is an experienced chief marketing officer in B2B software and software-as-a-service, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in global marketing strategy, branding, product marketing, campaign management, demand generation, marketing automation and analytics, sales enablement, marketing operations, and corporate communications. In her role, she leads all marketing efforts to highlight and amplify the capabilities of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

She joins PagerDuty from Khoros, a leading customer engagement platform provider, where she served on the executive team for the past four years, leading marketing. At Khoros, Katherine designed and implemented the company's global marketing strategy, building brand loyalty and increasing demand while deepening customer relationships across more than 2,000 global brands, including 52 of the Interbrand 100 companies.

Katherine earned a bachelor's degree in English with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Allison Corley is the Chief Customer Officer responsible for driving the company’s customer-centric strategy and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer journey.

Corley joins PagerDuty from Smartsheet where she was the vice president of customer success. She brings nearly 30 years of experience leading sales and customer success in various leadership roles at companies including Workday, Microsoft, Dell and EMC.

Corley graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in business administration.

Jeff Hausman is the Chief Product Development Officer (CPDO) at PagerDuty, responsible for the company’s product strategy, product management, engineering, design, and user experience of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Hausman joins PagerDuty from Samsara, where he was the Chief Product Officer.

Previously, Hausman served as ServiceNow Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Operations Management Portfolio - ITOM, ITAM, Security, Risk and ESG. He brings a proven track record of over 25 years leading product development as a senior executive across a wide range of products at McAfee, Symantec, Hewlett-Packard and Veritas.

Hausman received his MBA at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and graduated from Claremont McKenna College with degrees in mathematics and economics.

Eric Johnson is the Chief Information Officer at PagerDuty, responsible for PagerDuty’s critical IT infrastructure, data management and enterprise systems.

Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was the CIO at SurveyMonkey, DocuSign and Talend. Before that, Eric spent 12 years at Informatica driving the information technology vision and strategy as the company scaled to a modern SaaS architecture. He is an active advisor and board member to several early-stage companies and a regular contributor to IT thought leadership.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from California Polytechnic State University.

Debbie O’Brien is the Chief Communications Officer and Vice President of Global Impact at PagerDuty. She is responsible for corporate, product and financial communications, industry analyst relations, executive and internal communications, PagerDuty’s impact strategy and Pledge 1% commitment.

Previously Debbie was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Chief Communications Officer at Snowflake during a time of tremendous growth for the company. She led all communications efforts driving increased demand, brand visibility, content, and events as Snowflake led the market and established itself as the world’s fastest-growing enterprise software company. During the past two decades, Debbie has led Communications and Marketing groups for high-growth companies including New Relic, ServiceNow, Informatica, SAP and Sun Microsystems.

She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Business Administration where she was a four-year varsity letter winner on the Cal Women’s Volleyball team.

Pritesh Parekh, is the Chief Information Security Officer at PagerDuty, where he leads PagerDuty’s security organization, where he’ll be responsible for product security operations securing the company’s technology and products. He will also oversee and support security needs in corporate development, sales, compliance and IT teams.

Pritesh brings more than 20 years of expertise in developing robust enterprise security programs to his role. Before joining PagerDuty, Pritesh was the chief trust and security officer and SVP of Engineering at Delphix. Previously, he led global security and compliance programs at Dell, Zuora and ServiceNow. His experience spans cloud security, DevSecOps, compliance, security engineering, and risk management across financial institutions, SaaS and cloud providers.

Pritesh holds seven U.S. patents for innovations in technology and has been honored with industry awards, including the North America Information Security Executive of the Year in 2017. He also holds a master’s degree in computer science and an MBA from California State University, Fresno.

Todd McNabb is the Chief Revenue Officer responsible for leading PagerDuty’s global go-to-market strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth and retention, including Global Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support. McNabb joins PagerDuty after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at PROS, where he led global go-to-market operations. Prior to PROS, he was President and Chief Revenue Officer at ScienceLogic, where he delivered growth of 65% year-over-year in the first half of 2023 while transforming the company's go-to-market strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions. His career also includes senior leadership roles at VMware, Virtustream, DXC Technology, and IBM.McNabb graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Rukmini Reddy is the Senior Vice President of Engineering, responsible for managing product and platform delivery, infrastructure and data science. Reddy joins PagerDuty from Slack where she guided the vision, strategy and execution of a comprehensive re-architecture, transforming the messaging software into an automation platform that empowered users to streamline their work.

Additionally, Rukmini spent over a decade in senior executive roles at various enterprise companies, where she built a strong track record in driving engineering and product strategy during periods of hyper-growth and product transformation across SaaS, B2B and B2C business models.

Rukmini, has a master of science degree in computer engineering from the University of Arkansas and earned a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University in computer science and engineering.

David Williams is the Senior Vice President of Product, responsible for leading all products and core elements of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud platform to ensure that PagerDuty’s solutions meet the evolving needs of customers and partners and directly drive growth of the business.

David joins PagerDuty from Sticky Technologies, a venture-backed AI startup, where he was co-founder and CEO. David brings nearly 30 years of experience leading product development and marketing in various leadership roles at companies including Zendesk, VerticalResponse, YP.com and Palm, Inc.

David received his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated from Boston University with a degree in aerospace engineering.

Lauren Wang is the Chief of Staff at PagerDuty. In this role, she partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure seamless execution of key company priorities, core functions and strategic projects.

Lauren is an experienced B2B marketing executive with over 20 years of expertise in product and solutions marketing, content development, sales enablement, digital campaigns and market research. Throughout her career, Lauren has led high-performing teams and developed innovative go-to-market strategies that have driven significant growth and customer engagement.

Lauren holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
