Atatus is an Application Performance Management and Error Tracking Solution that will automatically capture performance and errors that happen in your server, frontend and mobile apps. These critical errors will be alerted to you in real time as PagerDuty incidents.
Go to the Configuration menu and select Services.
On the Services page:
If you are creating a new service for your integration, click Add New Service.
If you are adding your integration to an existing service, click the name of the service you want to add the integration to. Then click the Integrations tab and click the New Integration button.
Select your app from the Integration Type menu and enter an Integration Name.
If you are creating a new service for your integration, in General Settings, enter a Name for your new service. Then, in Incident Settings, specify the Escalation Policy, Notification Urgency, and Incident Behavior for your new service.
Click the Add Service or Add Integration button to save your new integration. You will be redirected to the Integrations page for your service.
Copy the Integration Key for your new integration.
In Atatus, go to the Settings in the project you would like to configure to send notifications to PagerDuty.
Select Team Notifications and then click on the PagerDuty tab.
Paste the Integration Key you copied from PagerDuty earlier into the Service Key field and click the Save button.
Congratulations! The integration is complete. Now when alerts are triggered in Atatus, an incident will be triggered within PagerDuty.
Yes, you can tie Atatus to multiple PagerDuty services by creating additional services in PagerDuty and additional projects in Atatus.
Yes, you can create one service in PagerDuty and use the Integration Key on multiple Atatus projects. Alternatively, you can create a service in PagerDuty and configure multiple integrations in that service, each with their own unique Integration Keys. You can then tie each unique Integration Key to each individual project in Atatus.
