Integration Features

Catchpoint alerts can be fed into Pager Duty via email or webhook. Email parsing in PagerDuty can be used to leverage the Initial Trigger time in the Catchpoint alert to link reminder and improved alerts to the original.

To use the Catchpoint Alert Webhook create a template specifying the Pager Duty system as the Endpoint URL. The template must be properly formatted JSON and include a service key, event type, and description.
