CA Single Sign-On SSO Integration Guide
CA’s Single Sign-On (formerly SiteMinder) is a centralized identity provider and federation system that allows you to easily and centrally manage your user accounts and access to your critical systems. CA Sign Sign-On has built an integration so that it can be used to manage the users within your PagerDuty account.
Note
You must be the Account Owner of your PagerDuty account in order to make these changes. Additionally, SSO capabilities within PagerDuty are only available on our Business and Digital Operations plans. Please contact our sales team if you are interested in upgrading your plan.
A username and password is required to access the integration documents.
