PagerDuty Customer Support & Advocacy Team Wins Stevie® Award

Team Garners Recognition for Commitment to Customer Success in 12th Annual International Business Awards

San Francisco – August 18, 2015 — PagerDuty, the leader in operations performance management, today announced that its Customer Support and Advocacy team won the Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category. The award demonstrates PagerDuty’s commitment to its customers, as evidenced by a satisfaction rating that averaged 98.3 percent throughout 2014.

“Delivering an exceptional experience, across all people and channels, is paramount to us. We ensure our customers are not only happy but also successful in their use of PagerDuty to drive their own businesses’ uptime and customer satisfaction,” said Ryan Hoskin, PagerDuty Director of Customer Support and Advocacy. “What I truly love about leading this effort is that our values are strong in our team and pervasive across the entire company.”

The PagerDuty Customer Support and Advocacy team offers world-class services, including live online chat, extensive support-hour coverage for multiple time zones, and dedicated customer advocates for each account. The team also works very closely with the product, operations and engineering teams to make sure that the voices of the customers are heard.

“High quality and low latency are words I'd use to describe the PagerDuty Support team,” said Gary Colman, Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Mixpanel. “The agent told me exactly what I needed to know and pointed me to the exact documentation and code I needed.”

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
