Enterprise Businesses Get Seamless Incident Data Across Workflows to Improve Performance
San Francisco – August 25, 2015 — PagerDuty, the leader in operations performance management, today announced it has integrated with Socialcast® by VMware, a leading enterprise social collaboration tool. PagerDuty’s integration with Socialcast empowers enterprise IT operations teams to increase visibility across complex environments and institutionalize resolution data for improved performance. IT operations teams can minimize time lost from searching disparate information sources and spend more time on resolving incidents and handling critical business initiatives. PagerDuty will demonstrate its Socialcast integration at VMworld® 2015 US August 30th to September 3rd in San Francisco’s Moscone Center in booth #647.

Incidents can now be understood and resolved more efficiently with a means to institutionalize remediation data and the ability to seamlessly access that information from any device or platform.
