Today, we’re pleased to announce our partnership with Fast Forward and our support for five tech nonprofits through the PagerDuty and Fast Forward EdTech Impact Vertical. Through this collaboration, PagerDuty is investing in nonprofits using technology and AI to expand educational access and deliver equitable learning solutions.

Accelerating Education Equity Through Technology

At PagerDuty, we recognize that nonprofits delivering quality educational services at scale require seamless coordination and operational resilience that can be difficult to sustain with limited resources. As mission-driven organizations navigate increasing complexity, PagerDuty is committed to helping them automate for efficiency, grow responsibly, and build capacity for an AI-enabled future.

As a trusted partner in digital transformation in education, PagerDuty’s AI-powered platform helps educational institutions streamline IT operations and accelerate incident response times, enabling teams to stay focused on delivering quality education at scale and student success.

Through its Accelerator and other programs, Fast Forward empowers tech nonprofits with the funding, resources, and community needed to scale innovative technology solutions for good. Since 2014, Fast Forward has supported hundreds of organizations and social entrepreneurs building technology to address society’s most pressing needs across healthcare, education, human rights, and more.

A Holistic Partnership for Nonprofit Growth

PagerDuty’s collaboration with Fast Forward reflects our broader commitment to supporting innovative organizations tackling the world’s biggest social challenges with technology. With our support, Fast Forward will work directly with five education tech nonprofits to understand their needs and develop a tailored plan to help accelerate their growth and impact.

Each participating organization will receive:

  • A general operating grant from PagerDuty to sustain and scale their missions
  • Personalized coaching sessions with Fast Forward and its community of PR, marketing, strategic growth, AI and fundraising experts, as needed
  • Access to exclusive Fast Forward programming on AI, operations, distribution ethics, pitching, nonprofit growth, and more
  • Access to PagerDuty’s platform and learning resources, including pro bono support from PagerDuty’s technical experts, as needed
  • Storytelling and mission amplification through PagerDuty and Fast Forward
  • Membership in a specialized learning community of tech-forward nonprofit organizations and founders

Together, PagerDuty and Fast Forward will equip these education nonprofits with tools and coaching to strengthen their AI innovations, build operational resilience, and reach more learners—advancing equitable, tech-enabled education.
