PagerDuty Named a Gartner Cool Vendor in Digital Dexterity and AI for the Digital Workplace

Today, we’re incredibly excited to announce that PagerDuty has been included in Gartner’s Cool Vendors in Digital Dexterity and AI for the Digital Workplace report (if you’re a Gartner subscriber, you can see the full report here).

We feel inclusion in the Cool Vendor report is a powerful milestone for us and our customers. PagerDuty has always been about making the lives of technologists easier. Our efforts in AIOps—the combination of big data and machine learning functionality to enhance IT operations and beyond—are now also being recognized.

According to the report, “Digital Workplace Cool Vendors are pioneering innovations that can make your workers more productive and engaged.”1 We believe this aligns with PagerDuty’s people-centric vision of AIOps, where machine and human data come together for improved business results when there’s more pressure than ever to deliver the ideal customer experience.

Our newly released Operations Health Management Service was identified as a disruptive technology in its ability to analyze and improve health across multiple lens—of employees, of teams, of digital services, and of organizations at large. Organizations are also able to benchmark the relative health and performance of their employees, teams, and services across their industry and peer groups.

Operations Health Management Service represents a first step toward PagerDuty’s integrated new capabilities, which include on-call automation, event intelligence, modern incident response, real-time situational awareness, analytics, mobile, and much more.
