It’s official, we’re thrilled to share that PagerDuty Summit ‘17 will be hosted in San Francisco from September 5-7 at Pier 27. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.
We know the struggle. Operations is no joke; and getting it right is nothing short of mission-critical to keeping your app, service, and your business up and running. When something goes wrong, your customers’ experience is negatively impacted and their trust in your ability to deliver is tested. And that’s just external impact. When it comes to your team, frequent unplanned work from having to troubleshoot issues can threaten your team’s job satisfaction.
It’s time for operations to be totally reimagined. Operations shouldn’t be just about keeping the lights on, it needs to become the foundation that allows us all to do our best work, to constantly improve, and to focus on how to increase the pace of innovation without sacrificing reliability.
Enter PagerDuty Summit. PagerDuty Summit ‘17 will empower you to transform your operations and orchestrate better coordinated business response to issues of any scale. Whether you’re in development, IT operations, customer support, or if you’re an executive, Summit will give you insights on how to build your business of tomorrow with best practices and cutting edge technology so you can deliver amazing customer experiences.
So, whether you’re coding or keeping your business’ infrastructure humming — join us at PagerDuty Summit to learn exactly what you need to know to reimagine operations for future innovation.

PagerDuty Community Breakathon
We break it, you fix it!
It’s fun to break things, but it’s also fun to figure things out. Our four-hour Breakathon combines these two into one.
The Breakathon consists of several scenarios, starting with simple stuff and progressing to ever more complex failures. Teams will compete to correctly diagnose and fix the problems with some typical services and applications. The team to resolve all incidents first will win some awesome prizes. Bring your own team or join others at the event!
Post Breakathon, we’re hosting a Happy Hour with PagerDuty engineers. Excited? Register now! We’re looking forward to seeing you!
Date: Wednesday, September 6th
